Alex, may I ask what is the source of your information in regard to the dilution issue? Investors putting in this sort of money at a point when the company is on the verge of introducing what could be a revolutionary product are not going to forgo the opportunity for some upside. My guess is that there is a conversion privilege somewhere in the $15-20 range. Whatever, this is enormous news and a tremendous vote of confidence by the new investors who, I suspect, are privy to far more internal information than the rest of us.
