IDTC, a new killer application.. if you've ever been overseas and been ripped off on phone rates! Wow! We're going to see whole countries wanting to bill their calls through relatives in the US <g> Perhaps a litte overstatement but this is a very agressive initiative.

Debitalk Gives Calling Card Distributors and Callback Agents a New Way to
Market Callback

HACKENSACK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 1999--IDT Corporation

Yamakita,

It would be interesting to know, how does IDT's service and prices compare to competition, you are currently using. Please let us know, when you get feedback from them.

Thanks.

I see everyone got this mornings news. This would have been great for yesterday. Either way, its a great application . Good day to all and I agree that the 17th isn't necessarily magical. It just signals a time when it would no longer be safe to be short the stock IMO.

I just heard that effective today BT Alex Brown has gone silent on IDTC. In other words, they carry the buy rec. and the price target, but they no longer discuss the company in their daily research notes to clients etc. I'm sure you all know that is a sure sign they are involved in the underwriting and it is indeed imminent. Does anyone here have access to Morgan, Bear Stearns and or Friedman Billings in order to determine if they have gone silent also?

Looks like we're off to the races fairly soon. I'm guessing, next two weeks. Probably about the time of cc.
