well,what do you know.according to christian's analysis,even the number of outstanding shares is wrong.uihia is a very complicated issue to analyse.and a lot of people are using the yahoo profile
in their analysis.i think that is the mistake people are making.

UIH neutral premarket.

If UIH stays with reasonable debt on the balance sheet (no idea how they want that to "rollover" into UPC) then UIH becomes a highly leveraged UPC proxy...

WRONG again -- the balance sheet is about to change - 600mil disappears with the IPO. UIHIA also will be getting 90 Million in cash from the IPO. Finally the other assets are worth at least $15 up to $30 share. The discount you are using is huge -- the current discount that wall street is talking about is 25% at most.
