I see this a lot; it goes limit down, then reopens, goes a few points lower, then reverses sharply to the upside.

I'm staying flat for a bit until this plays out.

Well Scott looks like that 11:05 kicked in and turned the market.
Hopefully it will head back up after a few minutes.

Looks like that's just started to happen
