Tim. I have been told that Jan. sales are very near the total sales for Q1. Why would Napier announce that they were going to release thier Jan. sales numbers if they weren't going to be good? They haven't released sales numbers for a 1 month in the past. I suspect you and your friends are still holding. There is big support for this issue between .85 and 1.00. It would take a lot to drive the price below this level. I don't think it will happen. ( although I HAVE been wrong before )
I understand that the Aquasol court case may be done i mid march. Napier has repeatedly stated that the merger will still go on after this issue is over. I personally don't believe that Aquasol could add as much to the bottom line as Napiers own products can, however it seems that there were many others with an opinion contrary to mine last spring. I think that before the end of this year the union will happen.
