I believe the Iranians aren't happy with the Saudis either. They insist that their quota is too low and this is one of the reasons that they refuse to comply totally with announced production cuts.

Maybe we could float the theory that the buys of oil for the SPR is the US's contribution to OPEC cutbacks part of a US Saudi deal. No support for it, but it sounds good, which is almost as good as being true..
