Investment houses are now saying that most companies would meet fourth-quarter earnings estimates but could slip below sales expectations due to stiff competition. What this means in other words is that they've completed their upgrades and they had sold out most of their inventory. Pretty soon, downgrades will come to start their inventory replenishing process. CSCO at this very high PE of 120+ is unheard of for CSCO history. So, simple logic said it's overpriced. imo.
