Off topic - Rajiv, do you think I have a case against you in small claims court for lost profits? :-) Sure.. You could have shorted 5000 shares at 60 + and covered them at 45. Potential Profits = 5000 * 15 = $ 75,000 Mental trauma caused by the missed opportunity = $ 1,000,000 You can file a claim seeking 1,075,000 as damages... Since the lawyers might get a major part, why don't I simply send you a check for the amount... When are you starting a hedge fund ? I will be among the first to invest in it... Regards. Rajiv
