<<When you commit an offense as MINE did, that caused SEC intervention,
how can you expect to be taken seriously afterwards...no matter what agreement you reach with the trading authority.>>
Your statements are becoming more bold and even more absurd. I think if you look in the history of just about every trading company you will find they have all made mistakes and they have all had some form of legal proceedings against them. Even the biggest and most successful. And there are many, many that have gone on to be very profitable. Where do you keep your money -under your bed?
Have a good weekend.

Are you serious Claude? This stock was halted by the supposed outlandish claims made by an independent Geophysicist. The SEC said "caveat emptor" they cannot claim this with those sampling methods, we must halt, delist and punish this Company. We will charge them accordingly.

Now we see an agreement reached with the Denver regional office.
The punishment?
Zilch,zero, nadda,zip,nothing.

Tells me that maybe Guidos claims are not that outlandish.

Regards,

Doug

Ok.

First. I would love for someone to tell me, in fool's English what this particular offense was? I have no clue.

Second, if there was a possibility that they did transgress the SEC, why let them go so easily? Why not hastle them?

Tie em up in court.

That sort of legal mumbo jumbo

Thanks
