The company was Phillips and the "slaming " you refer to appears to be more like slander against company principals . The "slammers" were apparently printing all kinds of stories of wrong doings , criminal behavior etc. So if your comment was directed to me you are way off base , my posts only refer to info. in the public domain and my take on them , or questions as to validity of others posts or motives for posting. . If any one should be held accountable it's the Hypsters who don't help anyone, company or investors (long or short) , just themselves. I have been one of the more forthrite posters on this thread, and I have been slandered by many, more than once.

I wondered about that myself,seeing Bill Gates having to defend his his own emails in court particularly when they had been deleted and retrieved from the big waste basket in cyberland. There are people who day after day post negative comments about the same company on the same thread, or when they do post to another thread it is to post about negatively about the same company. It's a free country, freedom of speech is something we value but at what point do the rights of the targeted companies or individuals get protected? Food for thought GJP
