Nice tension parry, Doroteo. I like it. To move to another metaphor, we have both deloped and this is appropriate. Happy Valentine's Day! If you stroll over to the Valentine's Day thread, I shall probably send you a kiss to show that we are in a better understanding. P.S. I am reminded of the joke, heard years ago, of the Episcopalian who, responding to a challenge, read the Gospels straight through in their entirety and suffered a heart attack. His last words were, "This guy was a lunatic and could have upset the entire world order!" Most pushy "Christians" (Evil Emile comes to mind as a particular horror, but poor misguided Bob Sturgeon is in the running) are--or can be--astonishingly "un-Christian". They judge where they have no right. Luckily, there is some balance in the world. I have deeply devout friends of many faiths--ranging from Catholic to Buddhist--who live their faith in a giving and sensitive way. As do my friends who are agnostics and atheists. Wishing you many days of happiness!
