To one and all. I think the most interesting thing said on the CC call was Lev's response to a question about how soon he'll be able to
announce something re OEMS. He explained about the "process" and the way that has to work, and said -- and this is the kicker -- they're beginning to take us seriously. That may not sound like a lot, but to me it was his first really open commitment about being involved with any if not all of the major players.

After listening the CC, I think Lev was answering the Barron's article as directly as he could. It is also interesting that he becomes more forthcoming each conference call. My guess is he is feeling less pressure to be hyper-cautious because the risk is a lot lower that they will not succeed.

I also think that, again, he did everything he could but spell it out. But without spelling it out, I am sure that several of our poster from the dark side will be on again, slamming Lev and the company.

Duckster, Agreed. Lev fumbled over his words a bit at that point, first saying 'polymer bag,' then correcting himself...and since I was taking sketchy longhand, not shorthand, notes, and filling in things elsewhere, wasn't sure what he'd decided on (left a hole in my notes, there). I think you're right, he did settle on 'plastic bag,' in the end. Thanks for the fill-in.

Rich

PS Now where do I remember the phrase 'battery in a bag(gie)' from? (this goes waaaay back, I think...)
