VAR CAN RESELL DELL SYSTEMS
I beleive there are several programs where companies or consultants buy a Dell and add software for their clients. If you sell enough you can get Dell to preload the software (for a fee) and ship it directly to the clients when it is ordered.

Bretsky: I am not quite sure on that,you may want to contact DELL and ask them about it,at least this way you will get the definite answer instead us guessing.
