I agree next week may not be a good time to announce the IPO - I'm looking at the end of Feb. myself and am hoping for some more shares around fibermans price of $12!!!! Next week may provide me the opportunity to acquire some more since the market looked weak on Friday. The following info came off raging bull thread. This coming week is too soon.. IMO.. S1 will be filed before end of Feb, and IPO will be on the calendar for Mar.. after the 15th.. just speculation.. this is an option expiration week.. not a great time for news.. market traders are squaring positions and may not be receptive to NAVR..
