Excuse me but if the man were convicted of perjury he would be a felon. If he were a felon he would not be eligible to run for president. Certainly you cannot dispute the fact that the evidence was strong enough to merit a hearing in court? I take it Linda Tripp is not your favorite person. Even though Monica may not have been found out right away without Linda it is a good thing Linda gave her good advice about saving the dress for evidence. Otherwise she would be labeled as a stalker and who knows what else. On a different tack What is your opinion of Clinton compromising a 23 year old employee subordinate to himslef while on national business in national gov't facilities. I think this is obviously reprehsible. Don't feed me that it is private. It happened it is public that is all that matters. I have a nine year old daughter that came to me last summer (when she was eight) and asked "What is oral sex with an intern"? To me it is absolutely disingenious to suggest that anyone but Bill Clinton is the reason any of these matters is in the news today.

Not looking for consolation. One would have to be as dumb as you to have not seen an acquittal coming after the first day of the trial. It was a foregone conclusion, so you really didn't have to sweat it out. Victory was had by House managers who risked their political viability doing the right thing. They put principle over politics. Glad to see the lock-step democrats followed their orders and voted with their master. Has that party ANY integrity at all????????
