Just heard an interview on Toronto 680 with Michael SERRUYA. He was very upbeat and says that they now hold 18% of Eskimo Pie and have forced a decision that will be made on or before the end of February.......he also says they are "one of various" bidders and if they don't become the successful bidder..they will tender their shares to the successful bidder at a handsome profit for shareholders. Bottom line is.......he sounded very confident. I am going from memory but I think I,ve got it right. It will most likely be replayed later...they do that on the weekend. JF
