I have been following YF for quite some time and recently purchased shares at $2.90 at a friends behest. I found out about this forum through him. I was also able to get my hands on the company's Management Information Circular.

This company is reported to operate around 4,500 locations in over 80 countries. In order to maintain proper control over their corporation, they need a sizeable organization around the world. What I noticed, and it is particularly glaring on page 7 of the Circular is the low number of executives making over $100k per year. My question is, what is the companies ability to attract new talent and retain current talent? There is talk of new acquisitions and further expansion. How is this going to be managed? How are new growth opportunities supposed to be developed? Compensation looks like it is concentrated to the companies directors. I bring this up because of the reported infighting.

Can anyone comment on this.
