Indeed, <<this is surely a sad day for America. >> It's very confusing and hard to understand why Clinton gets support from the very group of human beings he denigrates. It proves that the Democrats are totally partisan and the Republicans are mostly gutless. I guess we can hope that the results of this action are not cited for the rest of time in the courtrooms across American as precedent for exoneration of "degrees of perjury." I think we owe a lot to Linda Tripp and Ken Starr for having guts when nobody else did. Here's my theory: There's something in the chaff that will come out later to prove that we, Starr, and Tripp were right all the time. Clinton will get his due -- now or later. It's time for a return to honor and a renunciation of sexism. Elizabeth for President!
