You want an answer, here it is. There are several big players and some insiders buying shares at these very cheap prices because they are not fools. When a stock moves without news , it is always insider buying. There has been talk that Howard has been approached by several larger and deep pocket companys looking to aquire PLFM . The current assets that the company will be anouncing shortly and signed contracts put the value of PLFM at
5.25 per share. Add in a militiary contract and buyer speculation and you get 8.00 per share.
I believe that there has been a serious offer made to purchase Plfm and that this news will come out in the next two weeks. The buyer does not want the company, but they want the technology. The applications for Brazil, China, Argentina, Canada, and Sweden can produce billions of dollars in revenue. I also believe that Howard is also buying up shares like he said he would in a past press release. A big player here could easily buyout PLFM AT 12.00
PER SHARE and make that money back plus profits in three years. They would be able to capture small markets all over the world quickly, setup time fast compared to satellite installation. Once the ball gets rolling, this stock will astonish you. I recommend not selling any shares and let this situation play out. LET THE BUYERS COME IN AND BUY, BUT RESIST THE TEMPTATION TO SELL. Let it play out. Do not miss the train. GOOD LUCK
EVERYONE.

This is pure speculation for sure but if you think about it one of the larger telecom's wanting a piece of the action here is very possible and somewhere down the road very probable. How much Howard is willing to sell if any only Howard knows but everything has it's price.
