I see NRPI is moving forward with construction. And they are looking for merger candidates. Hmmmm .Perhaps a good question for that interactive shareholder meeting.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 1999-- Announces Pursuit of Potential
Acquisition Candidates

National Rehab Properties, Inc. (OTC BB:NRPID) today announced that it
has closed on the purchase of the land for construction of 3 residential
building sites in Miami, Florida.

The company expects a net profit of $45,000 from these 3 units, and to
be completed in this fiscal year.

It has entered into a building contract with Encore Builders, Inc. of
Miami, Florida for new construction of 18 single family residences. The
company expects a net profit of $270,000 from these 18 units and to be
completed in this fiscal year. Construction start of additional units
due very soon and will be announced.

The company also announces that it has retained Cummings Grayson, C.P.A.
to perform the company annual audit. Cummings Grayson, C.P.A. has also
performed the company audit for the last 2 years. The company expects to
become a reporting company immediately upon receipt of the annual audit.

The company projects building 100 similar units in Miami in the next 12
months.

Company President, Richard Astrom said that the total shares outstanding
for the company is 1,610,000.

The Board of Directors and majority shareholders today announce that the
company will actively pursue profitable merger candidates in an effort
to enhance shareholder value.
