HC - Re.: "...ROYALTIES for our production patents..."

"Royalties" is peanuts when compared to positioning for market share and a hefty margin. Unlike the internet sector, VLNC can raise the barrier to entry, making it more difficult for other companies to enter this field of technology. When the OEM's and end-users learn about the potential patent infringements (whether justified or not), OEM's and end-users will not take any risk using products from companies dealing with a technology similar to VLNC. In conclusion, VLNC may not need to hurry issuing licenses or supplying laminates to potential future competition. VLNC patents will influence the stock price.

Need to revise the price target, after seeing how the secondary offer is received by the market - March/April 99. Ram
