Ram-

I do not think we see a secondary offering until after the stock rises significantly from here and on NEWS. Lev knows that if we have a firm commitment to build and sell, adding stock "makes sense" and the stock price should be firm.

What's your guess for next week...remeber only 4 days. I see us closing next Friday at or near 8.50. I agree with an earlier poster that the sideline $$$ has been given the all clear to get back in if you want to take part in the initial rocket launch.

Go to BIG CHAARTS .com and check out "money flow" for vlnc...it's at +20 million...flirting with it's annual high. Excellent confirmation of accumulation and very, very bullish.

I am so psyched.

Rammy.
Royalty payments are a tremendous income with no additional
expense. Licensing agreements are easy to handle and does not dilute
any management attention to ongoing products.
I was a licensing manager for a major aerospace corporation.
They received more income from royalties than major production
contracts.
