"Earnings" time has varied in the past. This time they may wait
until they can name customer #2, to limit the sell-off. I expect
the conference call will be a taped replay of the one from last
quarter, or the one before.

For the seventh time - -

The company is unable to file the 10-Q for the quarter ending 12/31 until they receive some sort of paperwork back from the SEC relating to that last $1M offering. The SEC has been very backed up due to the new requirement of all companies including some common english in their filings.
