If Mr Niles is wrong then a retraction will not bring back the selloff in da whole tech sector and everyones losses there. After going through manipulations wrt Micron and Intel which were futile by da ANALysts whose name I have fergotten....da mkt quickly began to doubt this analysts advice and the same will take place here....let them cry wolf....after a few times they will leave on their own accord.

That is not good enough. BBRS has to be investigated and prosecuted. All trades made to profit from the pre market opening and there after by the statement regarding Dell is a violation of the Federal states regarding Ricco.
What they did was criminal and nothing less.
