OK folks, I've read the past 100 posts and have 2 questions,

1) Did DELL respond to the earnings shortfall?
2) If you have a few thousand in your account, would you buy more DELL on Tuesday?

>That is not good enough. BBRS has to be investigated and prosecuted. All trades
>made to profit from the pre market opening and there after by the statement
>regarding Dell is a violation of the Federal states regarding Ricco.
>What they did was criminal and nothing less.

You seem to think that BBRS was only trading pre-market, why?
Why didn't they sell short Thursday, cover Fri, then go long?

Next you'll be accusing AG for pumping the market Thur so that he could sell his DELL shares before BBRS released their report (which he MUST have known about, right?)

BTW, what's your thoughts on firms that price an IPO at $14, then open it at $60 for the benefit of their clients on the 'flip'? An 'expert' should be a little bit better at guaging demand, shouldn't they?

Frank,

Have you e-mailed BBRS? Niles' firm probably does not want the bad publicity and if enough of us write to them, something good may come about.
