Prudential Research dropped coverage of Valence 3 or 4 years ago. I do not know of any major brokerage firm analysts that could publish a research report on Valence, yet. Hopefully this will change with
some news of solid verifiable purchase orders and adequate disclosure as to manufacturing capability to produce a battery at a profit.

As you know a lot of stockholders were badly hurt by investing in Valence in the past. The stock dropped from the high 20's to under $2 when Valence told the public that the battery could not be manufactured successfully at that time.

My clients have the above background and have invested in Valence with the understanding that it is a very high risk and high reward choice. The stock could go to $2 or $3....and it can go to $ 50 or
$ 100. I constantly remind them of this risk-reward and have even encouraged some of them to sell the stock if they cannot tolerate the loss of most of the investment. (None of them have sold.)

I cannot recommend adding to any position until a PO. All I can do
is to keep them up to date as much as possible.
