i had a similar experience in eastern PA. The young people working there said they did not have it and they did not know anything about it. Then I starting looking myself and found the last copy on the self which I bought. I went back several times after that and there was now a place on the shelf for PMA saying it was sold out but directing customers to go to customer service desk. This particular Staples store was ordering more and they have now received them. The video is also there. PMA seems to be selling pretty well.
