GW, This was the exercise of options. Since the window is still open, Gusendheit is free to sell. However, most or all officers are buying stock, not exercising options. This is a very bullish indicator for any stock since executives will only buy when the stock is overvalued. IMO, my wild guess is that Vivus executives are ready to pull the trigger on some kind of marketing deal or have an offer on the table to sell the company. There is no other reason for them to buy. Think about it.
