Greg22,

If these thieves can buy at $1.13 today and sell tomorrow at 2 1/2 that's not good news in my book. I repeat, NOT GOOD NEWS. Surely there must be a holding period or Leland has screwed the shareholders once again.

The only reason for this sweetheart deal is Leland wishes to give us one last royal screwing before some irate shareholder loses his composure and takes him out of the picture for good..

g,
of course i hope you are correct, as your explanation is a valid one, and one which we all have entertained. i just find it somewhat confusing for officers to react in this manner considering past indiscretions. for once it would be nice to use this knowledge for a possible gain, but you have to be convinced vivus mgmt is finally executing it's plan. this for me is a big stumbling block since leland hasn't been capable to execute in the past. wilson remains a joke in the established environment of working exec's who are able to carry out a plan. should he be able to secure a partner it is the only accomplishment which falls on the debit side of the ledger for him. this man has exploited us all so caution should prevail here.
