It looks to me like Piercy gets only 1% of the profits on Internet pre-recorded music sales, which would included only CDs and tapes (and directly downloaded music). It would appear he gets nothing from the sales of cards or other products (islands, knives, plumbers or sex). >>>GGG<<<

This may not apply to music sold over the telephone.

Ok, good. We know what the terms are and what Piercy gets now that the CCI acquisition is rescinded.
