What I read here could have merit. Although, to come up with the capital to build a cleanroom manufacturing facility take big bucks, and a lot of time. Unfortunately this thread also reads, and reeks of a pump and dump. Too many hyper pipers over on yahoo. I'll watch this one from the sidelines.

What I get out of all this is this: "Sol-Gel" is not only one product but a chemical process/product, which yields a whole family of ceramic materials and coatings with light handling properties useful for testing purposes and for photonic applications.
