If the Doctor and the Esquire are smart, they will consider any merger plans as an opportunity to reverse split and hide the dilution that has already taken place(230mm shares is a lot of baggage to be carrying around)---then they can start all over again...DD
PS: all they have to do is sell before the split, issue themselves shares post-split and after the price decline which will result from the split--the perfect plan<g> (new fleece on the sheep to be shorn)

I agree with you in its entirety. I asked Dr. Hinton about this awhile back and he said, no sir! He does not anticipate a reverse stock split under the normal operations, of ADGI. If there were to be a merger or some such, then it could be done. This is how I remember what he said to me about Reverse Splits.

Good Luck!
