Well, you keep yourself company on this site it seems. I saw where there was a fair amount of insider buying. President picked up 58,000 shares in Jan. It has had a nice rise from $4.00 but it will have to prove some earning over time if it is to rise or get a competitive PE. One problem is the thinness of shares. I see days of 1000-2000. But, if they do $1.00/share by end of June, this should be well beyond $8.00.

it is easy to have faith in the securitization due to the overcollateralization of loans and the excess spread. the bonds have an investment grade rating. the question is, nothwithstanding that they get sale treatment, will they realize their investment (balance sheet asset) and what discount rate did they use to value the retained piece(s)?
