Introduction Market Data Compact

This company is spin-off from Union Fedl Svgs Bk of IN, the largest thrift in Indiana. Members of the Richard Waterfield family of Fort Wayne own 64% of stk.

UACA management has a self destructive fixation with gain-on-sale accounting. Unfortunately, Wall St looks on gain-on-sale accounting as unreliable, therefore this stock will not rise until management admits its mistake and changes its accounting. There are other proftiable auto finance companies with reliable accounting OR there are better pickings elsewhere.
