I should add as an aside, before we go too much further back down this path of discussion, that I do not think this remedy is especially well-suited to the case the government has brought.

On a surreal note, did you notice the odd parallel of having two Bills on trial (east and west coast), with video tape evidence and arguments about semantics. There's got to be a tie in between Starr, Gates, Clinton, the Cato Inst., and Reno somewhere...
