Harsh words from you since a few weeks ago you didn't even know the difference between a Slot 1 and a Slot 2 board.

I guess I didn't make it clear enough. He brought home two complete motherboards with K6's in them, and when installed in boxes with power supply, HD, etc., both were DOA. Fry's agreed and gave him a PII equipped motherboard in exchange. It works good.
