george, if it's an amended 13G showing less than 5% of the outstanding shares, then it represents a reduction in their position.

This stock is heavily owned by institutions. The 3.9% owned by Capital Research and Management Company does not seem to be something new. However there does continue to be increased interest on the part of institutions and now 70 Institutions hold 58.54% of the outstanding shares as of December 31,1998. Of these, 10 established new positions while 13 liquidated their holdings during the last three months of the 1998. Overall, Institutions increased their total holdings by 2.18% for that period.
