heloo joanie, blue and tech pals. Good news came on friday with SRCM announcing an alliance with usgtv the co that bought tv guide. The deal although confusing is great for SRCM. SRCM gets all the benefits of a huge co.'s assets like advertising marketshare some 90 million customers im told and they dont pay a dime for the new co. being formed to accomodate this joint venture. The name of this new co. is New company. and srcm will own 55% and usgtv will own 45%. usgtv will spend 12million to start this new co and they will get to use srcm interactive channel and internet on tv. Im told that usgtv offered 80$ a share to buy srcm outright and srcm said no. this deal is definately the way to go but i here their is already a war heating up between different suitors like gemstar, aol, athome, mediaone and even msft. there are many more potential suitors but usgtv is concerned with mainly these because they have been around srcm and have tried to buyout srcm and if they know this deal is happening they will come in and sweetin the deal. That just makes it better for us as shareholders. If deal does happen and usgtv wants it to happen in 90 days srcm sock would be worth 100$ per share thats figuring in usgtv's 90million marketshare of customers and srcm debt being all paid off by usgtv as per agreement. will this deal happen? All i know is someone will get this deal i just dont know who so everyone outtheir this will be your last chance to own srcm at 20$ per share starting tuesday it will never see these levels again and i missed gnet at 15 ,25, 35 and so on i wont miss this train and im trying to have a position of 10,000 shares before it leaves this 20$ level ive owned it for 1 year already and made money buying and selling it. but now its time for me to watch it grow leaps and bounds like gnet aol etc

Hi Joanie, Happy belated Valentine's Day to you and all my cyber pals. And here is something better than a card or candy. A few weeks ago Steve Harmon e-mailed me and told me he would be on SI. I forgot to check as I was having so much fun making a killing on our internets.
Well Steve is here. Go to "HOT" topics. Steve is number one. Although there are always little people who can't match others results so they use their mouths, I'm sure you will find Steve's tread to be a gold mine. Experts bring out experts, and sadly those that can't perform. Ignore the one idiot AOL-like post on his thread. BLUE
