Richard,

<<I therefore assume that CHIP has abandoned their playa clay activities. >>

Maybe it's only a temporary "abandonment" and they are taking an approach similar to MGAU - generating some cash flow from more conventional mining in order to fund R&D in the future on the playa properties. Blake may have seen more short term opportunities at NAXOS than at CHIP.

JMHO.

Richard,

I noticed everything, but didn't connect until you pointed it out. I believe you are correct.

I have heard that Jimmy John may have bought stock in MGAU. What do you suppose that means? ;-O

Stop lost is your friend,
WFS

Sorry Richard did not want to answer on Naxos thread in the middle of a thread war. I don't have a clue. As stated before I read press releases like everyone else and was unaware of Martin Blake. The problem with all these dd's is cash capital. Only one seems to have an answer. Despite what you read here JVWeb was a good deal for Chip shareholders as no additional cash was required and Chip shareholders received JVWeb shares. Obviously if Naxos hired Blake they must of thought highly of him. I always felt Chip had the right team assembled for its R&D on its properties. Have to wait and see what happens.
