<<CyBerCorp is listening>>

Cybercorp isn't listening to me, Philip Berber. I've been trying for a year to get you to stop spamming me with your promotional emails. STOP!! I might have become a Cyber customer way back when if your spamming hadn't been so obnoxious.

I find this encouraging. I commend CyberCorp management for apparant dedication to making CyberBroker the best broker out there. The list of items mentioned is a very good one - each of these are important.

Of course this is nothing less than self-interest - as it should be.

I have kept my Cyber account at a minimal level due to the quotes problems. Should there be a drastic improvement on the issues mentioned, it will have a direct impact on my trading activity - I will increase the funding in my account and do the bulk of my trading with Cyber - this should be mutually beneficial.

The fact that management has publicly addressed itself to resolving these issues is great.

Now, we will be looking to see how well these plans are executed - for that's what ultimately counts.

Another item for wish list:

Could be easier graphical order entry. I mentioned this to Daniel I think it was.

The idea is that many people prefer to use the mouse for navigation. If a cyberTrader user could click on a stock somewhere on the screen in a "hot spot" , the stock would either (default) load into the stock box, or one could right click to have a menu come up.

Also, I would tend to have the development teams lean toward the ECN area. I feel that Island is extremely popular, and the electronic systems could definitely take precedence over all mm's very soon.

I must say that you have an outstanding product, and from what I can see there are NO OTHERS THAT CAN MATCH IT. Also, the service that I have received from CyberCorp has been top notch! The support staff is friendly and knowledgeable, as are all others I have dealt with at Cyber. ----With the popularity of at home trading CyberCorp will undoubtably continue to shine over all others!

Keep up the good work Phil and all!

A happy CyberTrader: Drew.

Another helpful add would be if an easy way to clear the position manager screen was built in. That way the newest ticks could be more easily spotted.

i have a question about cybertrader. RTIII has a DDE/ddl interface so a user can write their own program to get data and/or control the program from an external program. does cybertrader offer this feature? if not, is it planned in the near term?

regards,
