Questions for HCM1943 You wrote: "I have the prospectus and know the underwriter. trust me the numbers I posted are correct" Why did the underwriter and Digital Lava choose the Amex exchange rather than the Nasdaq? There must be a reason. I emailed the company with the same question but I do not expect a response. If I receive one I will share it. Also, the S&P report on DGV dated 3-18-99 shows ten million dollars in liabilities that accumulated over the last three years. Does this sound accurate to you? The report, which I had to pay $5.00 for, will not allow me to "cut and paste", but I'm sure you can find it. Not yet invested but considering. Thanks, Rory
