Stephen, You are quite correct. And I gave that some cursory thought when I made my response. But even in Uganda and S. Africa where the most prevalent outbreaks of AIDS are manifested, the population rates stil appear to be growing. Certainly in Latin America, there are still explosive population growth rates. The same can be said for parts of SE Asia. So in total I feel secure in saying that global population continues to increase rapidly. But your point is well taken. Thanks. Regards, Ron
