stan b, that was a poor interview, IMO. The "real reason" Etrade's system crashed 3 times doesn't matter to me as a customer. The important questions weren't even asked in the interview. For example, why wasn't a functional back up system operating? Does Etrade even have a functional back-up system? If not, why not? Personally, I'd be far more interested in learning the answers to those questions than I would be in hearing the litany of excuses as was outlined in the interview. Ice
