Jeffrey, Charlies cert will never be transferred, and the company certainly has no obligation to issue 224k of free trading shares. Janice may not understand, but there were other restrictions on that stock besides TIME. The stock is voting only status. You have asked several times who did the forensic test, get your copy of the transcript. The Las Vegas Police Departments Forensic Specialist analyzed the cert to be doctored. The original shows one date and the doctored shows two dates. One date added at a different date with a different typewriter. It would violate SEC regs to issue new stock. AZNT has filed a motion to set aside the Judges order. Charlie will also have to cover since he is short 224k and IS getting calls from NATC on it. As for the 144 stock filings, all WellRich stockholders agreed to a 2 YEAR HOLD!!! anti
