Paul, Based on the price being paid in the private placement of about $2.60 a share, I would not be surprised to see some of those shares being immediately offered for sale. They are unrestricted. I would find it hard to pass up 300% gain in a few days ( sell some and keep the rest - initial investment back and no risk on remaining shares). I'm a little disappointed since I feel the company should have received better terms and a price closer to market. On positive side this should keep them solvent until there is a secondary or sufficient orders that could be factored. Ed
