Ed - What makes you think these shares are unrestricted? I asked the company about this and they told me that the shares are restricted for one year. I don't think the PP shares are the ones you are seeing trading. The price that the PP investors got was at a 20% discount to where the stock was trading at when the terms were settled. Talked to a broker at PW today. He is very interested in the company and will also be conferring with someone at DARPA. Apparently the guy from DARPA was a little taken aback at the capabilities that TeraCom will deliver.
