From day one when I purchased SEPR I always wondered what would happen in the event of a takeover. It does sound strange to have these huge pharmaceutical companies paying royalties to each other. To me a takeover is more complex then most other biotechs due to the depth of their pipeline.

I think the big move in SEPR stock had nothing to do with JNJ rumors. Merrill raised its price target, with a report titled "Sepracor: Ready to Blast Off".
