Which is more important: great science or rotten financing?
I've come to the conclusion that unless and until ARIA can finance the company without having to engage in floorless convertibles that science loses. In addition, until the floorless is completely converted and off the books it will constitute a downward pressure on the stock value of such a magnitude that nothing short of an astounding surprise business development will counter its effect.

I've been watching what has happened to PARS and VRGN as historical examples of what happens to a company's stock price as the floorless convertible plays out. My conclusion is not a favorable one for ARIA's future. As such I have completely exited from ARIA. I sold all my common shares on the pop from the Science article and finally gave in, took the loss, and sold my warrants Friday at 7/32. I'll still be watching ARIA and maybe in the future take the plunge again. After all, I, like mostly everyone on this thread find the science compelling. But, I'll be looking for a much more favorable financing arrangement before I do.

Best of luck to all
