About 7 months ago I inquired to the SEC about how it is that Holly stills trades. I got the following response today. It took 6 months for the SEC to send me the information below. Securities and Exchange Commission about Holly Holdings Inc. I checked our database and found that Holly Holdings Inc. is registered with the SEC. The company's last filing was a Form 8-K, which was filed on March 17, 1998. Country World Casinos is also registered with the SEC. The company's last filing was a Form 10QSB, which was filed on January 7, 1999. According to Bloomberg Holly Holdings Inc. was delisted from the NASDAQ/Small Cap market on June 10, 1997 because of public interest. The comapny is currently trading on the over-the-counter market.
