I find you negative hype amusing. If you had done just a very little bit of investigation you would have found that the Pioneer web site still lists David Nicholas as an Executive VP. See for yourself:

So if he were fired and turned out in disgrace then why didn't Pioneer remove his name from such prominent mention???? Remember, libel laws apply here as well!
